Elvis Bekmanis, e-pasts: [email protected].

Hostings

Vietni uztur Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., ASV).

Projektu paraugu fotoattēli tiek ielādēti no Unsplash (Unsplash Inc., ASV).

Fonti

Visi fonti tiek ielādēti no šīs pašas vietnes. Dati netiek sūtīti Google vai citiem fontu pakalpojumiem.

Pārlūka atmiņa

Lapa jūsu pārlūkā (localStorage) atceras izvēlēto valodu un konceptu filtru. Šī informācija paliek tikai jūsu ierīcē un man netiek sūtīta.

Privacy policy

Updated 26 October 2026

This is my portfolio site. It uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking. Below is what data is still processed, and why.

Controller

Elvis Bekmanis, email: [email protected].

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Sample images

The photos in the project samples load from Unsplash (Unsplash Inc., USA). To show them, your browser connects to Unsplash's servers, which see your IP address. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in showing work samples (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

All fonts are served from this site. No data is sent to Google or other font services.

Browser storage

The page remembers your chosen language and concept filter in your browser (localStorage). This stays on your device and is never sent to me.

Email and WhatsApp

The contact form does not send or store anything on this site. It only opens WhatsApp or your email app with a prepared message, and you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp (Meta). If you write to me, I use your contact details and message only to reply and to prepare an offer or demo. The legal basis is steps taken before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep the correspondence as long as it is needed for working together and delete it on request, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Write to the email above. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
